Place of origin: Località Su Canale - Comune di Monti (OT) - Sardinia - Italy

Vine: Vermentino 100%

Grape-harvest time: The first decade of September.

Wine-making: The grapes are gathered by hand, they are cooled and pressed in the space of a few hours with a soft press.

Fermentation: at a checked temperature for 12 days, cleansing and refining on its yeasts until the end of February. After a mild clearing and a filtering it is bottled in March

Organolectic features: A straw-yellow colour with greenish reflexes; it is shiny and bright; at the smell it is delicate and elegant; it has floral smells: ripe fruit and citrus lemon; it is palatable, fresh and fruited

Combining and Service: Aperitifs, first courses and risotto, fish fry and fresh cheese

To taste at: a 10/12° temperature - 12,5%
