Originated from careful assembly of the best Cannonau Riserva of our estate of Cardedu and a selection of red autocthonous grapes of Sardinia. It mellows for 14/18 months in new and half-new barrique and it sharpens for 10/12 months in bottle. It’s a ruby/garnet red wine, limpid and quite thick. At the nose it’s very intense and persistent, fine/excellent for olfactory quality, spicy, fruity of ripe and dried fruit. At gustative analysis it’s dry, warm, soft, quite tannic, tasty, vigorous, balanced, very intense and persistent, fine/excellent; harmoniosus.
It shows 14°vol alcohol.
