Climate Typically Mediterranean, with mild winters, limited rainfall and very hot, airy summers

Color Golden, with amber reflexes

Bouquet Intense, full, ethereal, with a characteristic touch of almonds in flower

Taste Dry and full, that lingers on at the bottom, pleasantly acidulous and bitterish, warm, harmonious, with a velvety and endearing backbone

To be served with A delicious wine for desserts and for meditating on; if it’s served cool, it’s an excellent aperitif. It’s fine with some typical Sardinian pastries and it goes particularly well with the typical Grey Mullet Botargo (Bottarga)
